Yes, I'm picking up my toys and going to play elsewhere.

Most of the people reading this will be from my Mailchimp mailing list. If you’re on that list and wondering why you’ve gotten this email, it’s because I’ve taken the email list from Mailchimp and taken it to substack. Mailchimp will still be handling a lot of the basic emails. But it seems less effective and more intrusive the more I use it.

And there’s at least one post I’m working on that is not going to sit well with Big Tech. But then, it may be one of those that doesn’t get along well with anyone.

Along the way, I’m going to post book chapters, posts on writing, occasional posts on politics. Though lately “occasional“ may boil down to once a week at the rate my blood pressure is going.

Yes, there is a subscription service attached to substack. I’m still deciding on whether or not I’m going to use it, and what I’m going to use it for. I’m figuring that if I’m going to write a few posts that would get me hanged by the local mob, putting behind a pay wall may be a good idea. It’s a thought, but not one that’s fully fleshed out.

Basically, if you want my most un-PC, most anti-woke ideas, you may have to shell out some money. Again, I haven’t decided.

As always, I’m open to thoughts, suggestions, comments, etc. Tell me what you want to see from this, and I’ll let you know. Tell me what you’d want to pay for, and I’ll consider that too.
