I kept meaning to post this one. It may be my favorite one-star, since it's so stupid.
Where to start?
Background:
I wrote the book in 2017. I used MS-13 as a random encounter villain for when I got bored and wanted a shootout. It's a throwaway subplot in a book about a possessed serial killer.
I figured that I hadn't seen MS13 mentioned by name since Vince Flynn a decade earlier. And they had just killed people a mile from my house. How can I get more on-topic?

A what now? You have to love the stupid. But the way this is written looks so much like it was written by an illiterate.

Again, the victims near my house in Queens would disagree with him..
Of course, I’m sure that this review was prompted by the State of the Union in 2018, where the parents of said victims were there.
Never thought you'd see a negative review because some psychos were the wrong color, huh? Ha!
This is so delightfully deranged. I like that lefty idiots, who will jam, ram, cram politics into every orifice of the audience … doesn’t like a few pages of real life politics that’s part of the story, and shapes part of the plot.
Maybe I’m just easily amused.
