Yeah, that's one thing I never covered because I've never had the problem of focus. I usually deal with it by going "this project isn't working. Let's move on to the next, and we'll come back to that" If the second one stalls, go back to the first.
We won't go into the list of projects I have on the backburner while that all happens, obviously.
